Literary / Rhetorical Devices Scavenger Hunt - Choose seven elements from the Literary/Rhetorical Device chart found on page two of the An Introduction to Close Reading handout that are unknown, known slightly, or difficult to understand, and create seven flashcards using a 3"x5" index card or half-sheet of paper. Place the term on the front side and the definition and example on the reverse side. Search for an example through google or other media sources.
